Product does not fit due to false advertising, wrong description
I started a return, selected "doesn't fit" and ebay wants to pay me the return shipping. I am not willing to pay for return shipping, since this is the sellers fault. I can't change the reason, only close the request. Can't open a new return request. How to open a new return request?

Mentor2 years agoYou selected the wrong reason, you should have selected Item Not As Described, doesn't match description, so now you are stuck paying for the return instead of the seller. You can not close and open another return, all you can do is contact ebay and see if they can fix this for you.
