Product did not fit and seller would not help with solving problem or paying for return.

I bought this set of bar risers for my 2021 BMW R1250RS because they were supposed to fit. They did not fit so I contacted the seller who got angry when I suggested a return or refund (they are useless to partial refunds and returns are worthless). I cancelled the return because shipping was too expensive and seller refused to help.
