Product delivery
Has anyone had a product delivered and verified by customer that it had been delivered but in your orders it still says not delivered and funds on hold? I have had something that delivered on the 26th of August and messaged the customer and he said he received it. Funds are still on hold and is showing not delivered

Mentor2 weeks ago@titann_31 This does happen from time to time and if the seller is subject to fund holds they usually have to wait 31 days to receive their payout as it is counted as shipped without tracking according to the system.
I see that you are using eBay Standard Envelope for your cards. This type of shipping can NOT be checked on the USPS site.
eBay Standard Envelope is metered mail and the tracking can only be read by the sorting equipment.
It is important that the envelope is flexible enough to bend around a standard coffee mug with no lumps, no bubble envelopes or string closures.
You can read about the envelope requirements and insurance coverage on this page>

Due to the type of tracking these often do not receive delivery confirmation. Treat these shipments as no news is good news. If the buyer doesn't receive the item then refund them from a item not received refund request case and file a PIP insurance claim.

Your payout may not be released for up to 31 days if there is no delivery scan.
For future shipments check to see if your post office has a Metered mail drop off box VS the big blue drop box.

Go to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
