Product deliver but says its not
So I have 1 order that my customer has gotten and it is still saying shipped and taking longer thank usual! I know the customer got it because they left a review and I spoke with them to make sure. How to a make it say delivered so I can get my funds?

Did you ship with the eBay Standard Envelope? Or did you ship first class letter as one of your listings state?
