Product Condition changes back to "New" after I set them "New(Other)"
Hello!
I am listing products that are overstock/open-box. I am specifically updating them to "New(Other)" with bulk update, then save. And when I check back later they return back to "New". For more information, these are already listed products on Shopify. I use marketplace connect app to push them to eBay store, then come to Seller hub on eBay and bulk edit their conditions. What am I doing wrong?
