So not only did my item arrive late, after arguing with customer service. My items were not the one that was described totally different numbers and everything. It also arrived damaged. Well not arrived I had to do the leg work and found out that it was at the post office. The item was damaged also. They refuse to give me my money back and it caused me days at school. I am going to go to the consumer report website before I get my attorney who helped me file a lawsuit against chime. I am tired of this. I documented everything, the conversations were being recorded and believe it or not, you are able to get your money back and then more. I refuse to join a class action because everyone has to split it. Of anyone who experienced this issue needs an attorney I will be happy to provide his information. He is a don't pay unless you win attorney and tomorrow he will be looking over everything and I will definitely be able to get more than a $100 laptop but reimbursement for missing out on school which caused me student loans and the time I spent on investigating the issue for them. If you receive disability you are definitely going to get paid for emotional distress as well my therapist and the attorney been documenting everything and told me what to say to them and they still breached my contact and then closed my account before I was able to upload proof. Hopefully this will show them that laws apply to both parties and you can't force anyone to buy something that wasn't as described.

We would be very happy to help you, but your post is a bit confusing. Please understand that I am trying to help, but we need clear and accurate information to do that.
So not only did my item arrive late, after arguing with customer service.
What Customer Service? Ebay? How did you contact them and how did they make your item arrive late?
My items were not the one that was described totally different numbers and everything. It also arrived damaged.
Did you contact your seller to let them know there was some issues with the condition the item arrived in? That is the place to start within 30 days.
Well not arrived I had to do the leg work and found out that it was at the post office. The item was damaged also.
Well it would have to arrive for you to know it didn't match what you ordered and it was damaged.
They refuse to give me my money back and it caused me days at school.
Who is "they"? What does your school have to do with it? Did you file for a Request to Return an item with your seller?
I am going to go to the consumer report website before I get my attorney who helped me file a lawsuit against chime. I am tired of this.
What was what you bought worth? It sounds like you never even communicated with your seller. So how can they try to fix a situation unless you let them know there is a problem?
I documented everything, the conversations were being recorded and believe it or not, you are able to get your money back and then more.
I haven't a clue what you are talking about here. Ebay has rules. Follow them and you can get a refund. Don't follow them and you can get extremely frustrated. Again, your place to start is with your Seller.
I'm skipping the rest of your post because it really isn't the point. We are happy to help you, but give us more information.
What did you purchase?
How much was it?
What date did you pay for it?
What date did you receive it?

OP10 months agoI'm not sure what you didn't understand I need a laptop for school and it didn't arrive and I had to do the foot work that eBay and and the seller violated my rights. Ebay has rules that they are supposed to follow as well and that is the reason why they have class action lawsuit now. I have done everything I am supposed to do. I asked questions that were recorded, I was given the run around, I was given numbers that were not a supervisor nor the chain of commands. Due to this I am going to my attorney will be handling the rest it is now October. Again I record and keep records of everything. If you all were trying to resolve that situation I would not have to be going to court for a minor 90 laptop that wasn't the one I purchased. From the conversations and lack of investigating properly and also telling me to file a report I would not be here. It's been three months and you guys did not respond there are emails recorded calls and also documents from the postal service that clearly shows you were not doing the minor things. You haven't nor did the seller ever contact them about anything he only left a screenshot. If this was investigated properly I would have known that it sitting broken and the wrong item quicker. But you all knew that it was there because they gave me the correspondence. So I understand you like to skip last things. Unfortunately for you. I dont

Mentor10 months agoYour original post did not say it was a Laptop.
You can't designate a lawsuit as Class Action, only a Judge can do that.
The first thing to do when there is a problem with a transaction is contact the Seller, not Ebay, The seller you bought the item from. Did you do that?
I'm not part of "you guys". None of the Mentors work for Ebay. We volunteer our time to come here and try to help others as we can.
You keep using the word "months", so I take it you purchased this item some number of months ago? You didn't answer the questions I asked, so I'm guessing her from what you have posted.
"So I understand you like to skip last things. Unfortunately for you. I dont" I'm not sure what that means unless you are referring to when I said I wouldn't address the balance of your first post. I'm not sure what you thought I could say that would add any value to the conversation.
I ask again:
What did you purchase?
How much was it?
What date did you pay for it?
What date did you receive it?

You said it was damaged in your original post and then you said you never received it. Which is it?
Did you use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee within 30 days to file for a refund request if item not received or a return request if you received a damaged item? If you DID file a request, and the seller did not cooperate you needed to ask Ebay to step in to help you.
You can contact your funding source to dispute the charge.
