Processing Return Shipping as a Buyer
Hi,
I received a damaged item. eBay ruled that the seller owed me a refund. I got the refund. But now I'm trying to send the item back to the Seller, but I can't figure out how to print a shipping label to send the item back. Thanks for any help here. I just want to send the item back, but I've looked through my purchase history for this item and I don't see an option for return shipping or a shipping label.

If he wants the item back, the seller is supposed to wait until it's returned before he refunds. Once he refunds, you won't be able to obtain a prepaid label from eBay. Don't return the item on a promise that you'll be reimbursed after the fact.
Let the seller know that if he wants the item back, he must send you a return label. Many sellers do this through a program called Pirate Ship. If the seller is unsure what to do, suggest he come here for help.
