Processing payment mean?
If a buyer bought an item from me but it says processing payment, is that because it is on hold or the money is questionable on the buyer end

Just to clarify, all payments are in processing mode. I am coming on 28 years and every payment I get is processing for 1-3 days. If you are subject to a payment hold, the payment hold would begin after that.

A Payment status showing processing or pending, is because of ebay's new seller payment hold. The hold on your payments will be lifted once you have been a seller for 90 days, You have 25 completed sales, and $250 in revenue. You quickly resolve any buyer complaints or open cases.

What makes you think yo have been scammed by buyers?
FYI. Your No returns policy does not fly in the face of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) policy.

Processing payment is normal and happens with every sale.
It's not questionable.
