Processing a return or cancellation
Will eBay make me pay the credit card processing fee if I cancel an order or the order is returned?
I had an order placed and when I was taking the new tags off, some of the peeling came off. I sent the customer a picture and the customer said that the item is the wrong size. I have the size in the listing but the customer said it should have been in the photo. I’m still within the timeframe to ship or cancel. I don’t want to waste my time shipping because the customer didn’t check the size but looks like I’m getting hit with the credit card processing fee if I cancel and refund the customer. Is there any else I can do to get credit for this fee? Thanks in advance!
