Process for item shipped to the wrong address
I shipped one $133 item to the wrong address. He was supposed to receive 3 different items. I am new to this and need help on the following:
For the buyer who received the wrong item. How do I get him a paid postage to return the item to me? Can I ask him to mail it directly to the real buyer?
For the buyer who received the first buyer's 3 items. How do I find out who actually received them? How do I have them sent to the correct buyer?
