If you are located in the USA and the seller is also located in the USA, you would get that message if there is an error in the shipping details, and ebay is unable to calculate the shipping cost from the seller's zip code to your zip code. What is the item number?

Some items are restricted from shipping to certain locations, or being purchased by users in certain locations.
