Problems with the app and ability to communicate
I have found that because of recent changes in the app getting messages from buyers/sellers or sending them is exorbitantly hard and inconsistent at best and completely nonsense at worst. I have sent messages to sellers and buyers through the eBay messages system and they will never be able to see it but when I email them directly they receive it. I have been on the phone with them as I tested these things and they have confirmed that they don't get any notice in any way, and if has nothing to do with their settings. The messages attached to offers have also been scrubbed completely in many cases. I currently cannot send a buyer a message that I shipped their item because eBay scrubs it and they never see it.
