Problems with shipping address and payment
Hi guys I need your help. eBay keeps giving me this weird error message saying my shipping address or delivery address doesn’t match their records and I can’t seem to understand why. It is also telling me that they’re experiencing technical difficulties and issues with payment, billing and shipping information. What should I do?!?!?!? Because I can’t afford to buy all 28-30 unpaid items.. should I cancel the ones I can’t afford or just contact the seller individually and let them know I’m having trouble paying and verifying the shipping address? Or should I call eBay’s customer service center and let them handle it?

As mentioned in my earlier response, you can ask the sellers to cancel your purchases for you - they do not have to agree. If you waited more than an hour after making your purchase to request cancellation, your sellers may wait 4 days and cancel as unpaid.
You have obviously purchased many items with no problem, so perhaps the payment processing verification was just not working last night - Thursday night updates can disrupt normal operations for short periods of time, so I would try again this morning to pay for the item that you can afford.
