Problems with returning an item through ebay's,start a return process?
Can anyone give me a ebay link or ebay number on having problem's on returning an item.All I been getting through ebay's start a return process center is a (Oop's an eror has accurred please try again later?).I would like is to just simply return an item that I paid in advance.With the seller and have a simple refund on the un damaged item that doe's not fit correctly and or is not the correct part for my type of vehicle.That's all.Sincerely,Ebay long time consumer of ebay's Seller buyer consumer fan.

Did you file an Ebay Returm Request and what was the reason you chose in the drop down menu when you filed the Return Request?

OP3 years agoThank you,Ms.lady Madonna,for your reply back.i have tried several attempt's since I received my purchase through ebay.I had made contact with seller and talked to the seller and he had mentioned that I would have to file through ebay,start a return item request form.And from the pull down menu I had showed the item in which contained the seller of the purchased item and seller name order number and item number.And wrote down in note's area that I had recieved the purchased product.But doe's not fit correctly and or wrong part for my vehicle.But when I tried to send through contact seller.I get directed to another ebay page.Where it states,(Oop's a problem has accurred and please try again later)I seriously been try'n to get through to the ebay start a return item and refund form.But literally had go then nowhere with getting through with ebay and start a return and refund form.Do you have any idea of a conclusion to a simple task.I would dearly appreciate your support or input of suggestions.Signed:long time consumer purchaser/buyer of ebay and affiliates.Thank you for your support.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
