problems with payment details: banking - updated and still won't work !
I am over 6 mo delinquent on receiving payment for my sold ebay items. Suddenly my old acct info wouldn't work, and I needed to resubmit info... I have re-entered all my bank info repeatedly; one of the dumb microdeposits came through yesterday, but not 2...... HOW do I get to speak with anyone @ ebay with any real expertise in this ? I did speak to a rep twice before and she was nice but my problem remains....... TIA !
