Problems with buying purchased items

I can not buy previously purchased item, screen just says "thanks for your purchase" and will not load screen to original buying screen

Try using a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode.

If you are using the app, try going to your Purchases, select the transaction and use the "view order details" link. From there, under "More actions" select "Contact seller". Then select the seller's username to reach the seller's profile. From there you should be able to see the seller's items for sale, and select the item again if it is available and add it to your cart.
