Problems with AUTOHUBSHOP?
I was sent a defective replacement OE unit for my Mercedes Benz. Two differing services centers (including a M-B dealership) have attempted to fix the problem to no avail. AUTOHUBSHOP is now refusing to accept the unit back and provide a reimbursement. Unfortunately both the service center and the dealership have suggested the unit is stolen and was re-sold. Anyone else had or having difficulties with items purchased from AUTOHUBSHOP?

Mentor1 year agoIt sounds like you have had the item for a while. eBay only has a 30 days from receipt Money Back Guaranty. If this time has passed then eBay cannot help you. Unless the original owner reports it stolen and has a police report eBay will do nothing about this. You can try going to your payment source to see about a charge back. Each payment source will have a different time limit for a charge back and may require the item to be returned at your expense to get a permanent charge back.

OP1 year agoThanks for your response. Unfortunately the item requiring multiple attempts to install and activate through multiple service centers extended the time. I will reach out to my credit card and attempt to get some relief. Another interesting twist is that now AUTOHUBSHOP sent me a post facto message suggesting that they are now unwilling to negotiate since I left a "negative" review.
