Problems with authentication process
Saying my item does not measure up to 14k and it is a minor issue was sent in message to me about a stamped 14Kt gold pin I have had for 25 years. Its a major issue if ebay is refunding the buyer and taking the money back from me. The authenticators have fallen way past unacceptable service in the last 5 years. Not only do you consistantly come out on the side of the buyer,. You make us fight for information about why in a very damaged system where it is impossible to reach a human being. I fought further today and finally found out the authenticator tested it and found only 13kt gold. I guess technically they have a right to refund the buyer I just want to make this issue know in the community because it is so terribly frustrating. I recently had a Louis Vuitton bag refused authentication and was told only it was a technicality. No other information and I was not able to talk to anyone. This is unacceptable on every level.
