Problems with arranging collection from seller
Summary: harrytheleopard is having trouble arranging a collection for an item purchased on July 14th. The seller has not provided an address or time for pickup. Since it is now outside the 30-day reporting window, they are unable to report the item as not received. harrytheleopard is seeking assistance in communicating with the seller to resolve this issue.
Hello,
I purchased an item on 14th July and have repeatedly attempted to organise a collection from the seller,
however they have/will not give me an address or time for me to pick it up.
When I tried the report it as not received I am told it is outside the 30 days of arrival time.
I would still like the item, however need help with communicating with the seller.
