Problems with a Return
I ordered and received a product through eBay. However, I may have signed in as a guest to buy the product. I am trying to return the product for a refund....and the seller is very cooperative. However, emails from eBay that prompt me to retrieve the address label do not allow me to click through the link to get it, asking me to sign in, although I have no account info. (Perhaps it is because I was a “guest†when I purchased the product?). Trying to reach customer service is nearly impossible, since they don't answer the phone, and prefer to place me in an endless loop of automation online.........It goes nowhere. Ideas?
