Problems wit seller
The seller does not want to be responsible for the return of the product that he sent me. The car stereo does not work correctly, it does not turn on and he wants me to pay the shipping labels. I need my money back and he does not want to do it. Ebay does not. It has a customer service number, how bad it is to buy through this means where Ebay does not want to be responsible as an intermediary. I have sent him photos that the product arrived damaged and he insists that is not the case.

This is how eBay helps you...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
