Problems returning faulty item purchased as guest
Hi, I’m going round in circles trying to start process for returning a child’s car seat that is faulty - one side of isofix doesn’t lock in place, so don’t think it can be disputed as faulty? As instructed I’ve gone to View order details from my order confirmation email. The link to Return item doesn’t work, I just get error ‘Opps something went wrong’. The link to contact seller also doesn’t work as I just get screen to register an eBay account, which I already have. I selected guest in first place because I was having problems with signal dropping off and wanted to complete quickly - obviously now regret that! I’ve even tried the helpbot, but again just going round in circles. Any ideas? Thanks

Make sure you are signed out of your current eBay account when using the links in a guest order email or else you will get that error message.
