Problems getting my user controls to work (making best offer, etc.)

Question

I had my access to my user control limited over the weekend on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I am unable to make a best offer, add something to may cart, save an item into my watch page, or even see pictures on the side, or increase the main photo size.

I thought that maybe my browser was at fault, so I went o my newer Mac Desktop, bought a couple of years ago. I am having the exact same problems.

I tried on my iPhone and it works there.

Is there some interactive issue with Safari, across the board? If so, how do i fix it?

What operating system version are you using? Many mac users with OS 10 versions seem to have problems lately, along with some OS 11 users if they cannot install the latest version of a popular browser.
