Problems auctioning
I'm having trouble placing offers. It asks me to add the payment method again, and when I check the payment method, the card is already added.

Mentor1 year agoIs the card designated on the eBay Payments page as "for offers and auctions"? Not all cards are suitable; the card must be able to handle a reversible payment hold in order to work.
Try adding that card directly to your Payments page specifically "for offers and auctions", if possible.
Or try another card if you can.
Also be sure the seller has shipping specified to your Primary Shipping Address location; otherwise, the seller may be blocking your payment.
