·2 years ago"A parcel was sent to a Mondial Relay via eBay, the parcel has always been in transit and came back to me after 8 days, looking at the shipment, the parcel was arrived in a Mondial Relais, but the customer was not warned, neither was I. Today the customer wants his package, so I ask for a voucher from eBay to send the package back to this person, there is someone who asks me for information, I answer him and he doesn't understand anything, he asks me to put me in touch with an agent, I tell him yes, he doesn't understand anything. I hope to have an answer to my problem soon enough. And above all, no more machines that are useless, just wasting our time."
