problema con una compra
Alguno sabe como hago para seguir reclamando por una compra que hice, reclame y Ebay dio como cerrado el caso porque pasaron 30 dias?? Mi reclamo con el comprador lo hice antes, y nunca tuvo la intecion de solucionar nada. tardo en contestar y no me reconocio que la notebook que compre estaba fallada.

An eBay agent can not extend the eBay Money Back Guarantee 30 days from the date of delivery time limit.
Your only option now is a chargeback with your payment method.

OP4 months agothanks for your comments, but you think that ebay don´t go to the seller??? The seller sells a computer with many problems and refuses to take responsibility?

Mentor4 months ago@memodor The eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of the delivery. The bad seller stalled you knowing this.
This is why you need to file a chargeback with your payment method. The seller will also be charged a $20 dispute fee in addition to having to refund you.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
