Problem z weryfikacjÄ… konta bankowego
Hello,
I have a problem with verifying the bank account on Ebay.de. The main issue is that we have a new bank account in EUR and the old one provided for payment processing has been closed and we no longer have access to it. Trying to change the bank account number results in a feedback message saying, "Your account is restricted. Please contact us to solve the problem." Meanwhile, attempting to verify results in the message, "We were unable to verify your updated information. Please review it and try again."
What can be done in such a situation?

Your account is registered on eBay Poland (?) and you need help with a .de bank account change?
This is the U.S. site - ebay.com - not sure anyone here can assist - have you had direct contact with CS (not bots) on the Germany or Poland sites?
