Problem with UPS
I have been trying for 30 minutes to speak with an agent. The issue is filing a claim with UPS. I understand that when I log on to UPS I use the user id and password for as my ebay account. Doesn't work, UPS does not recognize my password. I NEED TO FILE A LOSS CLAIM IN THE AMOUNT OF $800.00 FOR WHICH I PURCHSED INSURANCE WITH COMPLETING THE SHIPPING LABEL.
I NEED HELP.

Scroll down to Filing a UPS claim.
Note that you do have to create a separate UPS account, using the same email address as you use for your ebay account.
