Problem with tracking on Ebay ... again... ( shiping to germany )
Hello i sold the item on ebay and it already delivered. My postal company updated the status 5 days ago that the item was delivered and released to the buyer. But on your trading platform it is designated as "The shipment is available for pick-up from the retail outlet as of now." When can this status change or can it be changed manually somehow?
