problem with tracking and receiving payment
so i sold an item April 7th and shipped it out. it arrived April 10th. The buyer contacted me and said they received the item. but on my overview it said its not delivered yet and still holding the funds. it says Estimated release on Apr 22. does that mean even though it says not delivered on eBay do i still get paid or is the buyer supposed to confirm it was delivered? when i press the tracking number and it directs me to the usps website it says delivered.
