Problem with the return of package
I recently bought a kindle scribe, which was described as new, and indeed it was new, however it has been locked by the original owner, and cannot be used with the Amazon store. I have problems returning it since I live in Costa Rica, and due to policies, items with batteries cannot be transported through the post office. The seller offers me a partial refund, however he knows that the Kindle is not usable with Amazon. Given my limitation, should the seller refund the full purchase amount?

-How was it shipped to you?
-Sellers have nothing to do with the outbound shipping polices - limitations of foreign countries.
-I don't understand the comment about a Kindle not being able to be used with the Amazon store???
-If it was Locked by a previous owner to me it certainly isn't "New".
