Problem with shipping

I have a problem. eBay didn't calculate correctly for two items going to the same address. It combined them and added the weight, but kept the box dimensions for only one item, meaning I can't fit both items in that box.

Actually, the FINAL weight and box dimensions are the Seller's responsibility NOT eBay's. eBay will combine the shipping COSTS based on the Seller's Combined shipping settings or Business policy. There are NO provisions within eBay's programming to accurately assign new combined box dimensions. You need to find a box sized for the two items and then put those dimensions in the L x W x H when you create and print the label.

If you printed a label you have 28 days to cancel it on this page, use the drop-down menu on the left and select cancel. Your account will be credited in 21 days or less. You can then purchase and print a new label with correct weight and box dimensions. Track and manage your shipments
