Problem with seller giving me a return international address and eBay not being responsible to help
I have made numerous attempts to contact a seller of a purchase I want to return. The seller has accepted the return, but they are refusing to send me a valid return address it is an international purchase. Supposedly eBay made contact and the seller and yet I still have not received a return address. And this chat assistance is no help at all, you can only ask their specific questions nothing outside their scope. Can anyone help with a valid customer service number with a live person. Or does anyone have other suggestions or recommendations for me to get this issued solved. Is there a corporate number to file a complaint on eBay?

Go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.
If you are to pay the shipping, they will instruct the seller to send the address. If the seller is responsible for the shipping, they will instruct him to send you the money to pay for the shipping. Or they may just refund your purchase.
