If you have not purchased yet then find a different Seller. eBay does NOT force Sellers to reply to messages.
If this is post purchase then you will have to wait for the item to be delivered to see of your questions are answered by the actual item.
If it never arrives file a claim that you did not receive it via the item in your purchase history, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
