Problem with Seller
Purchased a new CFG40UF Excavator (auction #394645189912) that arrived damaged on 6/7/24. Seller has stalled communications until after the return date (6/16/24). Requested replacement parts to mitigate seller costs and time (as opposed to machine replacement).
After 6+ weeks and several emails later, still no help (machine cannot be operated without further damage). Looking for "buyer help" or other way for live contact to "Ask eBay to step in and help for buyers". Any ideas???
