I've been making a lot of purchases on eBay since 2014, and I've never had any problems. But now I'm having trouble buying a water block for my graphics card. What's the problem? My shipping address is in the US, Newcastle DE. Yesterday I bought a motherboard from this address without any problems. But when I bought a water block, an error occurred.
