Problem with printing shipping label because of errors in buyers address
When I went on the page to purchase a shipping label. a notice popped up that there were errors in the buyers address that needed to be changed. It also said please note that you may not be covered by the ebay seller protection plan if the changes are substantially different from what buyer intended. I do not understand this at all. I sent a message to the buyer last night but he has not replied. Help

Mentor2 years ago@ozarkresales I would cancel the sale as problem with the buyers address. You must ship to the address provided at checkout or you lose seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
Let the buyer know before you cancel that the address is not coming up as valid and because of that you must cancel the order.
