Problem with printing labels & getting multiple charges 1-29-26
Does anyone know if we can print labels, yet? I don't want to try again & get charged again & not be able to print a label. Thanks

Mentor8 months agoIf you have already been charged for a label, but was unable to print it, you can always go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the order, click ACTIONS > Reprint
There are limits as to the length of time that REPRINT is available. Otherwise, you can click CANCEL. the USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can try buying another label at a later time.
