problem with payment for the car
Hi. I bought yesterday the car and now is a problem. The message from Ebay informing me that I won the auction directs me to the buyer verification page (Caramel). There, the system asks me to provide information such as my driver's license number, but our numbering system is different from yours and shows a mismatch. The system also forces me to select my state of residence when entering my address, even though I'm using my Polish address, the same one I have on Ebay.com. Similarly, when I enter my zip code, the system says it's incorrect. Finally, I get a message that the verification attempt failed. This is absurd. Ebay has known me for years, yet it's directing me to a system that's flawed because it's not designed for foreign buyers.I've bought cars on Ebay before, and the system has never handled me like this before. I've always paid using the payment information provided.What should I do in this situation? Now, with my order, I have this message: To complete your order, go to checkout and update your shipping address or ask the seller if they can ship to your location.But the seller and I don't have an agreement for delivery of the car; I'm simply collecting the car through the company. I urgently need your help; I want to pay for the car I won at auction.
