Problem with my Listings Not Showing Up
The listings I submitted aren't showing up nor are the sold items correct. I'm trying to refund money to a customer but get a message that the item doesn't exist. I have been communicating with the Ebay robot and nothing has helped. This has taken me hours today to get no where. I asked the buyer to submit a refund request but she said she didn't know how to. Also do I wait until I receive the item to issue a refund. She's demanding that I send it today.
