Problem with my account
Hello,
My eBay account has been restricted, and I am unable to list items, make purchases, or access my balance. The app says payouts are currently suspended. However, the “Learn more†link does not open.
Please let me know what caused the restriction and what steps I need to take to restore full access.

You are located in the UK.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
