Problem with my account
I recently made a purchase and wanted to return it so I contacted the seller and they allowed me to return it however when I went to print the shipping label it said I never bought anything previously yet there is multiple pieces of evidence that I made a purchase the return has to be completed within two days by now what do I do

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase before printing the shipping label. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest order to print the label.
