Problem with making an offer
I am having a problem using the Make Offer feature. I enter a price and then click continue. On the 'review offer' page it shows my payment option already set. I click make offer, then it shows the 'review offer' page again and ask me to select a payment method again. So I enter my payment details again and click make offer. It keeps asking me to select a payment method again. At the top of the page it says 'please check your payment details or select a different payment option.'

Mentor2 years agoAre you using a US address as your Primary Shipping Location specified in your eBay account? If not, and the seller does not ship to your primary shipping location, the seller may be blocking your payment.
If that is not the problem, there may be an issue with your payment method. Try another if possible.
Try using a different browser or a different device to rule out a issue with your browser or device.
