Problem with listing appeal
Summary: cheryljax shared their frustration about a listing for a Franklin Mint porcelain Mammy doll being repeatedly flagged as offensive. Despite initially being allowed after an appeal, the listing was removed again without an option to appeal. Customer support later indicated the initial reversal was an error. cheryljax noted inconsistency in enforcement, as not all similar listings were removed, including a Franklin Mint Prissy doll seen as more offensive. I posted a listing a few months ago for a Franklin Mint porcelain Mammy doll, and it was flagged for being offensive and prohibited. When I appealed it, they allowed the listing, but this month, it was again flagged and removed, and the appeal button was not able to be used. So I called support, and they said that the initial appeal was wrong and they denied my listing being posted. I told them that there were numerous GWTW mammy and Priasy dolls listed, and they said to report them. So I started reporting, and only about half of them were removed. The one that really irked me was the Franklin Mint Prissy doll being allowed. The depiction of this character in GWTW was definitely more offensive than Mammy.
I was also very upset that as a longtime user with almost 500 positive ratings (100%), they said that I was now being tracked and watched.
Any advice? I am very disillusioned by all of this, and just want a fair decision. If one Mammy doll was pulled, then ALL of them should be pulled.

Mentor1 week ago@cheryljax I understand that this is frustrating. Mammy dolls violate the offensive materials policy.
Never relist an item once it has been removed even if an agent says it's ok as they can not reset the bots. If an item is removed again then you can be suspended.
You will need to sell the item elsewhere.
