Problem with entering information while selling
I am trying to list a partially used fragrance for sale. When I am prompted to enter the condition of the item, it only gives me two options. "New with box" or "new without box". I'm not left any other option and I obviously don't want to give an inaccurate description. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?
When I tried using Ebay's chat function, nothing matched my issue.

OP1 year agoOh, ok. I thought they at least had in the past. I guess it's different now or maybe I am mistaken about that.
