Problem with delivery after authentication
Hey, weird story. I bought some shoes from a seller with the "authentication check" label. The seller sent the item, it got to the authentication check and passed on the 24th. The tracking showed up in my account, but the item still hasn’t been shipped to me. It’s been sitting somewhere on eBay for 6 days now with no movement. Trying to contact eBay is like a whole quest... you know, if I’ve made it this far, I’m about to lose hope. Can you help me out?

Mentor1 year ago@silb-2061 Contacting customer service won't help if it is has been accepted by the postal carrier and is not just sitting at the authentication center.
Was it USPS or Fed Ex tracking? I can tell you the best way to do to a package search.
If it IS just sitting at the Authentication center you try customer service. I strongly recommend social media.
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
