Problem with contact seller

Question

I received a package that was torn open and noted by the ups driver that it was open and empty. I am attempting to contact the seller but when I tap on the contact seller option on the screen it just keeps returning me to the previous page and I can’t find any help from eBay. Anyone know what I might try next?

Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described (in your case, an empty package), you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

It would be helpful to attach a photo of the package the way you received it to the case.
