Problem with changing e bay contact address
Been trying to delete my original e bay outlook address to rely solely on my e mail address. When i try to delete the outlook address and replace by gmail it tells me that this already exists ??? Any thoughts

·1 year agoEither you opened (or changed the email address for that account to) another account with that email or someone did. An email address can only apply to one eBay account--not sure how far back they go from changing the address on the old account or deleting the old account before the email is available for another account.

OP1 year agoThank you for that. My e bay account was originally set up on my home pc under outlook Then in later years i mostly accessed my account on my mobile g mail. Account works as normal but just wanted to move away from home pc use removing outlook address. Could i have set the one account up under ebay.co.uk and also e bay.com which causes the sign on confusion ??
