Problem with buyer. Item was recieved after a few days. Buyer has problem wants discount
LP album complains about a couple of skips. Wants too big of discount. Get them return postage 9 days ago. Buyer stated hard to find a box. Have not heard a word sense.

If this Buyer opened a return request on eBay that you approved and provided a return label for, they will have 15 business days to return the item. If not returned in time, eBay will close the case in your favor.
Ebay will notify you when that happens.
