Problem with buyer

Hi I won the bid on some items. After I paid the seller sent me a message saying he couldn't sell it for that price. He thought he had a higher price an best offer. Can he do this? Or can I get the stuff I paid for? Thank you

Ebay cannot force the seller to ship the items.

Did the seller cancel the transaction and refund your money?

No he says ebay wouldn't help him. I had been watching his item for a couple days. So I don't really understand how he made a mistake..

If the seller has not refunded you by the estimated date of delivery, file a Refund Request.
